TruckIT's Silence Period is an easy way to assign "quiet hours" to your TruckIT account. Text notifications will be silenced throughout the duration of the silence period but you will still continue to receive email notifications.

The menu items on the lefthand side of the screen might be different based on account type but every account type has:

To manage your silence period, start by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

Click Edit profile to open your profile information.

Scroll down to Manage Silence Period.

Here, you are able to change the start and end time for your silence period. By default, the silence period starts at 8:00 pm and ends at 6:00 am. This means that you will not receive any text notifications in between those two times. You will still receive email notifications regarding new jobs, accepted trucks, canceled jobs, etc.

Once you have set the start and end time to your desired silence period, click Save Period and your new silence period will be updated.
